Your mission

The operating model of consulting is shifting. AI-native operations make delivery faster, more scalable and more productive. That changes what strategy consulting can do: it no longer just advises, it delivers. At Perelyn a strategy project does not end with a decision paper but with a production solution at the client.

That is what we are looking for you for. You come from management consulting and are still on projects yourself. You lead AI strategy projects from start to finish: from the strategic roadmap through use case assessment to implementation with our team.

This is a delivery role with commercial upside: you bring your existing network, actively build new client relationships and so shape your own growth at Perelyn.

• Project delivery: you lead consulting projects on your own or as a team lead, from AI strategy through use case assessment to agile implementation together with the solution team. You stay hands-on and can work at the client from day one.
• Develop and realise AI strategies: you define the strategic roadmap for AI with new and existing clients and turn complex topics into clear decision papers. And you stay with it until the strategy runs in production.
• Identify and implement use cases: you design and assess AI use cases, among other things in workshops with business and leadership, and bring them into production with our engineering team.
• Work AI-native: you do not just use our AI-supported delivery methods, you play a key part in developing them. That way you actively shape how Perelyn works and grows as an AI-native consultancy.
• Win new consulting projects and build client relationships: as part of Perelyn's sales motion you win over clients in proposal processes and appear as Perelyn's AI strategy ambassador in talks and at conferences.
• Building the practice: you shape new service offerings, internal standards and the growth of the AI strategy team. This is pioneering work, with all the room to shape it that comes with that.

Your profile

• Consulting craft: at least 5 years of experience in management consulting with visible project responsibility and leadership of workstreams and teams, at a leading consultancy or a specialised boutique.
• Current delivery experience: you are still on projects yourself today, as a lead or as a strong individual consultant, and want to stay that way. If you no longer want to do delivery yourself, you will not be happy in this role.
• AI expertise: AI strategy is at the core of your project work, and you want to specialise and develop further in it.
• Technical credibility: you do not have to build models, our team does that. But you have worked close enough to the technology to judge feasibility yourself and to talk to engineers as an equal. A technical degree, for example in computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering, is a strong plus.
• Market presence as a plus: roles in associations, a network or substantial professional visibility are welcome.
• Languages: fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Attitude: an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on mentality, strong people skills and the willingness to find answers to questions that do not exist yet.
