Your mission

You come from management consulting, have owned transformation programmes yourself and now want to apply that experience to AI, or you already have experience in AI transformation. You lead AI transformation projects end to end: from strategy and operating model design to embedding them in the organization. This is a delivery role with commercial upside: you bring your existing network, actively build new client relationships and so shape your own growth at Perelyn.

• Lead transformation end to end: you lead AI transformation projects on your own or as a team lead, from developing the target picture through operating model and governance design to embedding the change in processes, roles and leadership structures. From day one you are hands-on at the client.
• Ensure adoption, not just deliver a strategy: you develop change and enablement formats that make sure leaders and teams actually integrate AI into their day-to-day work. The yardstick is use, not agreement to the roadmap.
• Identify use cases and bring them to delivery: you design and prioritize AI use cases, among other things in workshops with business and leadership, hand them over cleanly to our engineering team, and stay with them until they run in production.
• Automate processes with AI: together with the business units you analyse existing operational processes, identify where AI agents and automation can sensibly replace manual steps, and accompany the implementation until the automated process runs reliably in day-to-day operations.
• Shape governance and the operating model: you develop the structures, standards and decision processes with which clients not only start AI initiatives but scale them sustainably.
• Work AI-native: you do not just use our AI-supported delivery methods, you play a key part in developing them and shape how Perelyn works and grows as an AI-native consultancy.
• Win new consulting projects: as part of Perelyn's sales motion you win over clients in proposal processes and appear as a Perelyn ambassador for AI transformation in talks and at conferences.

Your profile

• Consulting craft: at least 5 years of experience in management consulting, a relevant part of it in transformation programmes, with visible project responsibility and leadership of workstreams and teams, at a leading consultancy or a specialised boutique.
• Current delivery experience: you are still on projects yourself today, as a lead or as a strong individual consultant, and want to stay that way. If you no longer want to do delivery yourself, you will not be happy in this role.
• Change and adoption skills: you have led organizations through change, not just written concepts for them, from stakeholder alignment to enablement at every level.
• AI expertise: AI transformation is at the core of your project work, and you want to specialise and develop further in it.
• Process automation: you have rethought operational processes with AI before, from analysing existing workflows through designing AI-supported automation (e.g. agents, intelligent workflows) to measurable efficiency gains at the client.
• Technical credibility: you do not have to build models, our team does that. But you have worked close enough to the technology to judge feasibility yourself and to talk to engineers as an equal. A technical degree, for example in computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering, is a strong plus.
• Market presence as a plus: roles in associations, a network or substantial professional visibility are welcome.
• Languages: fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Attitude: an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on mentality, strong people skills and the willingness to find answers to questions that do not exist yet.
