How we work

Phase 1

In an initial consultation, share your vision for using artificial intelligence in your company. We assess the strategic role of AI in your organisation and tailor AI use cases specifically for your industry to ensure meaningful implementation.

Phase 2

In a workshop, we will guide you through industry-relevant use cases and provide an overview of the current situation, trends and directions of innovation. We then assess your existing AI infrastructure and readiness for use (so-called readiness) and advise you on necessary measures taking into account your company capacities.

Phase 3

We create an AI roadmap for the next three to twelve months tailored to your needs, aimed at competitive advantages and harmonization of goals.
